The Lexington County Republican Party covers the entirety of Lexington County in central South Carolina and is a part of the South Carolina Republican Party. It's comprised of 96 precincts, each of which are represented in the main body called the Executive Committee. At the precinct level, officers are elected to serve in various roles, including the precinct executive committeeman, president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and delegates. Larger precincts may have more officer positions filled than smaller ones.
Meeting once a month, the Executive Committee has voting members made up of the precinct executive committeemen (or presidents when the precinct EC isn't available to attend and vote). The Executive Committee is led by officers elected to serve (or in some cases, appointed to serve) in leadership roles. These positions include County Chairman, First Vice Chairman, Second Vice Chairman, Third Vice Chairman, State Executive Committeeman, Secretary, Treasurer, committee chairmen (such as Finance, Audit, Membership, Fundraising, Legislative, Non-Partisan, etc.) and district vice chairmen.
The entire body is reorganized once every two years at an event called ReOrg, which is then followed by a County Convention.
LCGOP follows a local set of rules as voted upon by the body. These rules may be amended by an affirmative vote at the County Convention. Further, the LCGOP is subject to the rules of the State and National Parties, respectively.

We will make America proud again.
We will make America safe again.
And we will make America great again.
